Ingredients

  1. Oil ½ cup
    Onion finely chopped 1 cup
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 4 finely chopped
    Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
    Roasted and crushed coriander 2 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Almonds grounded 2 tbsp
    Poppy seeds 1 tsp grounded
    Tomato puree ½ cup
    Mince ½ kg
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Chopped fresh mint 3 tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil fry onion until light golden, add ginger garlic paste, whole mixed spices, chili powder, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, allspice, tomato puree, fry well add mince meat with yogurt and bhunno well, lastly add grinded almonds and poppy seeds paste, cover and leave it on dum, add mint and green chilies, serve hot with nan or rice.
