  1. Beef mince ½ kg
    Mint 2 tbsp grinded
    Coriander leaves 3 tbsp grinded
    Cashew nuts 8 grinded
    Onion 1 grinded
    Green chilies 6 grinded
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Poppy seeds 2 tbsp grinded
    Sesame seeds grinded 1 tbsp
    Egg yolk 1
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Malai 2 tbsp
    Coriander roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
    Cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Chili powder ½ tsp


  • Grind together coriander, mint, green chilies, onion, cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste, poppy seeds, sesame seeds into a smooth paste, chopperize the mince into a smooth paste, add grinded masala with powdered seasoning except oil, mix mixture well and chill for 30 minutes. Make into seekh kababs, brush kababs with oil, bake for 15 minutes or pan fry, give dum of coal.
