  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. Yogurt 1 pao
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  4. Ginger 1 piece
  5. Cumin seed (roasted+ground) 1 tsp
  6. Whole coriander (roasted+ground) 1 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. All spices powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1 tsp
  11. Fresh cream 2 tsp
  12. Oil 1/2 cup
  13. Tomatoes 1 pao
  14. Green chillies 3-4
  15. Onion 1
  16. Salt to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan put ginger garlic paste and onion fry till onion become pink.
  • Put mutton and cover lid let it cook on slight flame with out water till tender.
  • Add tomatoes cook more till tomatoes get soft.
  • Add turmeric, salt , black pepper cook 2-3 minutes and add yogurt.
  • When mutton get dry add roasted and ground cumin seed, coriander green, chillies and all spices powder.
  • Add fresh cream and green coriander leaves and serve.
