  1. Mutton ½ kg
    Gram Lentil1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Red chili powder1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Saltto taste
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Roasted and crushed cinnamon 1 tsp
    Green chilies4
    Lemons 2
    Mint leaves1 bunch
    Chopped ginger   2 tbsp
    Oil1 cup


  • Wash and boil 1 cup gram lentil.
    Take mutton, 2 cups warm water, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili, 1 tsp turmeric, some salt, 2 chopped onion and 1 cup oil in the pan and cook it.
    Boil the gram lentil separately.
    When the meat tenders, add in the lentil.
    Add in2 cups of hot water ad 1 tsp all spice powder.
    In the end, add in 1 tsp roasted and crushed cinnamon, 1 bunch mint leaves, 2 lemon juice, 4 green chilies and 2 chopped ginger. cook it for 5 minutes and serve.
    Serve Dal Gosht with plain rice.
