- 1) Boneless meat mutton or beef 1 kg
- 2) Marinate for 4 hours with
- 3) Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- 4) Chili powder 1 tbsp
- 5) Zeera powder 1 tbsp
- 6) Dry dhania powder 1 tbsp
- 7) Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
- 8) Onions chopped 2
- 9) Vinegar 3/4 cup
Method
- 1. Cook the meat with little water when tender, add 1-cup ghee.
- 2. Let it cook well until the ghee starts coming out.
- 3. Add saunf 1 tbsp + crushed red chilies 1 tbsp, add 1/4 cup water.
- 4. Keep it on the stove for a few minutes.
- 5. Your Sindhi Ghost is ready!
