Alamgir Tareen, the brother of Istehkam-e-Pakistan-Party (IPP) Chief Jahangir Tareen, committed himself on Thursday to an awful occurrence.
According to the information, Alamgir Tareen shot himself at his Lahore apartment, and his family members, especially his brother, Jahangir Tareen, confirmed the claim.
According to the officials, Alamgir left a handwritten suicide note claiming his condition as the cause for his self-harm.
Meanwhile, police secured the murder scene and collected the pistol, as well as other evidence such as fingerprints.
According to the officials, Alamgir Tareen resided alone in a house in Lahore’s Gulberg district. He was, however, planning to marry his fiancée in December.
His servant, who arrived for work this morning, discovered Alamgir Tareen’s dead. When Alamgir failed to leave his room, the servant went inside to check on him and saw him covered in blood.
He told his brother Jahangir Tareen right away.
Authorities have launched an inquiry into the event to figure out what reasons contributed to Alamgir Tareen’s choice to commit suicide.
