Ingredients

  1. For kabab
  2. • Mince ½ kg doubled
  3. • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  4. • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  5. • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  6. • Salt 1 tsp
  7. • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  8. • Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
  9. • Egg 1 beaten
  10. • Bread 2 slices soaked in water
  11. For Masala
  12. • Onion 1 large boiled in ¼ cup water and ½ tsp turmeric
  13. • Salt 1 tsp
  14. • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  15. • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  16. • All spice 1 tsp
  17. • Oil ½ cup
  18. • Yogurt whipped ½ cup
  19. • Butter 4 ounces
  20. • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  21. • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  22. • Green chilies chopped 2
  23. • Ginger Julian 2 tbsp

Method

  • • Marinate the mince with 1tbsp Ginger garlic, 1tsp Chili powder heaped, All spice 1 tsp heaped, Salt 1 tsp, Crushed coriander 1 tsp, Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp, Egg 1 beaten and Bread 2 slices soaked in water.
  • • Shape into seekh kababs and pan fry.Lower a piece of burning coal to give that BBQ flavor.To prepare the masala heat oil and butter in a pan, add the boiled and blended mixture, fry for 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes with salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, all spice and yogurt and fry well .
  • • Add the fried seekh kababs, cook on low flame, lastly add diluted coconut milk powder, green chilies, julienne ginger , simmer for 5 minutes and serve with roghni nan.
