KGF Chapter 2 Box Office (Hindi): Prashanth Neel Surpasses Vivek Agnihotri To Grow 10th Spot In Directors’ Ranking!
KGF Chapter 2’s Hindi version is breaking box office records, just like the pre-release hype predicted! Following Yash’s rise and speed in the Ranking, the Hindi version of the movie has boosted director Prashanth Neel in the Directors’ Ranking.
Like the Stars’ Ranking, the Directors’ Ranking (sometimes referred to as the Directors’ Power Index) assigns a numerical value to each filmmaker’s performance. In the box office coveted clubs, points are awarded based on the number of tickets sold.
A film in the 100 crore club receives 100 points, a movie in the 200 crore club receives 200 points, and so on. If a movie is one of the top ten highest-grossing international releases, it receives 50 points.
Previously, Prashanth Neel had 200 points, but now that KGF Chapter 2 has crossed the $300 million mark, the director has earned an additional 100 points. After receiving 300 points for finishing in 10th place, he has moved up in the rankings considerably. Vivek Agnihotri, Om Raut, Rakes Roshan, Aditya Dhar, and others were all exceeded by him in the meanwhile.
Prashanth Neel has a good chance of exceeding Vijay Krishna Acharya and Siddharth Anand in gross box office receipts, especially because the KGF Chapter is also aiming for the 400 crore record.
Yash is now ranked 14th on the Stars’ Ranking, behind Ayushmann Khurrana, who has an advantage of 50 points due to Andhadhun’s inclusion among the top 10 foreign grosses.
