Paya Masala Recipe By Gulzar Hussain – Paya Masala is the primary item in preparing a delectable paya dish. Ingredients

  1. Nut meg 1 
    Mace 1 tsp 
    Big cardamom powder 1 tbsp
    Small cardamom 8 to 10
    Cinnamon 3 to 4 sticks
    Cloves 6 to 8
    Whole coriander 6 tbsp
    Black cumin 4 tbsp
    White cumin 6 tbsp
    Kashmiri chili 50 gm
    Whole red chili 50 gm

Method

  • On a flat pan toast Nut meg 1, Mace 1 tsp, Big cardamom powder 1 tbsp, Small cardamom 8 to 10 , Cinnamon 3 to 4 sticks, Cloves 6 to 8, Whole coriander 6 tbsp, Black cumin 4 tbsp, White cumin 6 tbsp, Kashmiri chili 50 gm and Whole red chili 50 gm and put in a grinder to make a mixture.
