Ingredients

  1. Chicken boneless 500 grams
    Medium sized onion 1
    Ginger 1tbsp
    Garlic paste 1tbsp
    Green chilies 4
    Tomatoes 3
    Salt 1tsp
    Tara garam masaala 2tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Crushed red chili 1 tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Cumin 1tsp
    Turmeric powder            ½ tsp
    Fresh fenugreek 1 cup

Method

  • Heat ¼ cup oil on griddle, add 1 tsp cumin seeds with 1 chopped onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
    When onion turn golden then add 500 grams of chicken, 1tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, 3 tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, 1tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of tara gaam masala .
    When cooked then add 1 cup of fresh fenugreek and allow to cook for other 5 min.
    Put 4 chilies in mixture and mix it well
    Delicious murgh taka tak is ready
