Gola Kabab Recipe – Gola Kabab is a barbeque dish that can be served as a side dish at dinner. Kandahar, Afghanistan is the origin of Gola Kabab. The name Gola Kabab comes from the form of the soft and melt-in-your-mouth Gola Kabab. Gola Kabab can be pan-fried, grilled, or baked according to your tastes. It goes well with a number of chutneys and sauces. Onion, chicken/beef mince, egg, yogurt, and chili powder are the main ingredients in this recipe.   1. • 1/2 kg Beef mince
  2. • 1 Egg
  3. • 4 Fried onion
  4. • 1 tsp All spice powder
  5. • 1 tsp Raw papaya
  6. • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  7. • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. • 2 tsp Chili powder
  9. • 1/4 tsp Mace
  10. • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  11. • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  12. • Oil as much required
  13. • to taste Salt


  • In chopper, put together 1/2 kg mince, fried onion and 1 tsp raw papaya. Chop well and mix with 1/4 tsp mace powder and 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder. Now add 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and Salt to taste. Now make round balls and fry in hot oil or grill over burning coals. Serve with chutney.
