Brain Masala Recipe By Shireen Anwar – Brain Masala is a Pakistani a delicate made of fried goat brain with spicy Masala to give it a typical flavour. In Urdu, Brain Masala is also known as “Maghaz Masala” or “Bheja Fry.” The same method can be used to make this dish with meat or lamb’s brain. Shireen Anwar’s Brain Masala recipe calls for brain, onion (brown & puree), ginger/ garlic paste, yogurt, fenugreek seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cilantro, and oil.     Onion Brown 1
    Onion paste  2 Tablespoon
    Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
    Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
    yogurt 2 Tablespoon
    Fenugreek seed 4 to 5
    red chili powder1 1/2 tablespoon
    Turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
    Salt 1 teaspoon
    Oil Half cup
    corianderfor garnish
    Dill for garnish


    1. Heat oil add Fenugreek seed in it fry until it turns in golden colour in a bowl take onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt togehter add in oil
      mix well cook for 5 minutes now add yogurt and mix well add Brain in it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes in the end Granish with coriander and Dill Serve with chapati.
