BBQ Shashlik Recipe By Shireen Anwar – This tasty Latest Recipe of Bbq Shashlik can be prepared in around 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people. To get a perfect dish, follow all of the steps recommended by the Chef.

  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg 2 inch cubes
    Ketchup 3 tbsp
    BBQ sauce 1 + 1 tbsp
    Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ginger paste 1 tbsp heaped
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Mustard powder 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Pinch of orange color
    Boiled rice to serve
    Capsicum 2 cut in 2 inch squares, seeds removed
    Tomato 2 cut in 2 inch squares, seeds removed
    Onion 2 cut in 2 inch square, remove outer layers.


  • Marinate chicken cubes with Ketchup 3 tbsp, BBQ sauce 1 + 1 tbsp, Wooster sauce 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, Ginger paste 1 tbsp heaped, Black pepper ½ tsp, Mustard powder 1 tsp, Chili powder 1 tsp,
    Pinch of orange color, leave it for 1 hour. Put chicken cubes on flat skewers, alternating with onion, tomato capsicum, again chicken, keep repeating, starting and ending with emat, BBQ brushing with left over marinade on chicken, lastly brush with oil to give a glazed, serve with boiled rice.
