The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved an increase of Rs3.07 per unit in the power tariff on account of fuel price adjustments for October 2023. According to the details provided in the notification, around 9.25 billion units were generated from thermal sources while 3.11 billion units were produced from hydropower in October.
