- If the incoming caller’s name is not stored in the database, no information will be displayed on the flash display.
- Jazz does not display any customer’s name based on any information the user gives.
- By subscribing to the Jazz Caller Name service, the user knows and agrees that the service will search for appropriate numbers in the crowd-sourced database. Jazz will not be held responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or non-availability of certain information.
- The results are based on best efforts; not all names may be shown on these services.
