Like most social media platforms, TikTok also has a live streaming feature. This feature enables users to start a live stream from their account directly and freely communicate with their audience.
TikTok also has a donation system where people can send their favourite creator’s real money as ‘gifts’, which can be bought with TikTok coins.
Every virtual gift varies in terms of ‘price’ or the number of coins that it is ‘sold’ for. Logically, should a user wish to contribute more of his/her real money to a specific creator, he/she would send a gift that costs many more coins.
