Here’s the Date of Pakistan-India ODI World Cup 2023 Clash

Pakistan is expected to meet India in the much-anticipated ODI World Cup 2023 opener on October 15 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The neighboring countries will play each other on Indian soil for the first time since the T20 World Cup in 2016, with a large crowd expected at the historical stadium.

According to media sources, the main event would begin on October 5 with reigning champions England taking on New Zealand following a magnificent opening ceremony in Ahmedabad.

The Men in Green will begin their campaign on October 13 against one of the qualifiers, while the Rohit Sharma-led team will face Australia in their first game in Chennai.

According to reports, Pakistan and Bangladesh would play the majority of their matches in Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, and Kolkata, with each team playing nine matches.

Nagpur, Bengaluru, Trivandrum, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Rajkot, Indore, Bengaluru, and Dharamshala have also been shortlisted since just seven sites are expected to host the event.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is expected to publish the schedule following the completion of the existing Indian Premier League (IPL) last week.

With a seating capacity of roughly 132,000, the Narendra Modi Stadium is the largest stadium in the world and the largest in India.
