Create a Link to Ask Box on Tumblr Blog

Log in to your Tumblr Dashboard and then select your blog from the top menu.
Then, select “Customize Appearance.”
In the description box, click at the end of the text. Then, press “Enter” to insert a blank line and begin a new paragraph.
Type the following code:

Click on “Save.”
