The Zero Balance service allows customers to make calls, use mobile data, send text messages and SMS, and even give missed calls, regardless of their account balance. This initiative underscores ZONG 4G’s recognition of the importance of uninterrupted communication, particularly during emergencies, and its commitment to providing essential connectivity services.
The ZONG 4G Emergency Pack, a key feature of the Zero Balance service, offers prepaid customers a comprehensive set of features for a weekly fee of PKR 7 plus tax. These features include two phone calls (one on-net and one off-net) of 60 seconds each, 10 missed calls, 20MB of internet, and 20 SMS. This package is designed to help customers stay connected and seek assistance when it is most needed. To activate this service, customers simply need to dial the *2445# activation code.
