How to Apply for the Business Opportunities Visa

These visas are issued in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. You can also apply online through the ICP Smart Services Portal or by visiting registered typing centers across the UAE.

Important Notes

Refund Policy

  • There will be no refunds other than the application fee, health insurance fee, and security deposit in case the application is rejected.
  • Refund information will be noted on the financial receipt.

Application Validity

  • No applications will be cancelled automatically unless the mandatory documents are not submitted in 30 days.
  • If an application is returned three times owing to missing documents, it will be refused.
