Wahab Riaz apologized to the public for pouring water on bikers on the flooded highways of Lahore yesterday.
The batsman sparked outrage by not caring about cyclists on the road and pouring water on them as he drove past in his truck. In addition, a video of him became viral on social media, depicting the entire affair.
However, the Pakistani cricketer replied to the criticism on social media and apologized to everyone, stating that it was “purely unintentional” and that he was “sorry for what happened.”
“There are always two sides to every coin, but we always see the wrong one.” Wahab Riaz expressed his thoughts on Twitter. “I’m sorry for what happened yesterday; it was completely unintentional and was misinterpreted in the worst possible way,” he continued.
He continued by saying that everyone should endeavor to “spread positivity” and “not malign this beautiful country of ours with negative propaganda.”
