The Islamabad High Court has issued a notification for the two-month summer break, which is scheduled to take place from July 10 to September 10, 2023.
During vacations, Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Tariq Jahangiri will be permanently available; the other six judges will be available to hear cases at various times; urgent petitions can be submitted during vacations; pre-bail and post-bail speed; and recovery.
Injunction applications may also be filed. Monday through Thursday, court hours are 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Friday court hours are 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and office hours are held on holidays. It will be from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Friday office hours from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
