The feature on Instagram from carousels is relatively new and allows you to post multiple photos in one single post. What if you want to delete a photo in a carousel?

Users can bring in ‘carousel’ posts that feature multiple photos in one post, to be scrolled through.

Open the Instagram app.
Click to get to your profile.
Select the carousel on which you want to delete an image.
Click on the three dots in the top corner.
Click on the ‘Edit’ option.
You should see a trash can icon in the top left corner of the images in the carousel. On the image you want to remove, tap this.
Select the ‘Delete’ option to remove it.

Since Instagram added a feature, they are still very popular with carousels, and people use them every day.
