Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has joined forces with Meezan Bank Limited (MBL) to introduce a new installment plan, promising car delivery within just ten working days. This exclusive offer is only applicable for Toyota Corolla and Yaris models and can be availed by Meezan Bank cardholders at all authorized Toyota dealerships.
The installment plan comes with a host of benefits designed to enhance customer experience. These include special discounted monthly rentals, an exclusive takaful rate of 1.4%, a Toyota protection plan, and a free 4th-year basic extended warranty.
Additionally, customers will enjoy priority delivery within ten working days, a 50% waiver in processing fee, and a 50% waiver in early termination charges for those who wish to terminate their existing Car Ijarah to opt for a vehicle from the proposed MBL IMC joint campaign.
However, it’s worth noting that Toyota IMC recently had to pause production for the sixth time this year due to a shortage of parts and inventory caused by import restrictions. The assembly plant was closed from July 21 to August 3, as notified to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). This follows previous factory closures on several occasions throughout the year, including June 26-27, June 3-8, May 2-3, February 1-14, and March 24-27.
This issue of production halt is not unique to Toyota IMC, as other car companies in Pakistan are also reportedly struggling with similar challenges, with many on the brink of collapse. Despite these hurdles, Toyota IMC’s new installment plan aims to ensure swift delivery and customer satisfaction.
