Sindh Announces Holiday for Schools and Colleges

The Sindh government has declared a vacation for all schools and colleges in the state. According to information, all educational institutes in the province will be closed on Tuesday, April 18th, due to Shab-e-Qadar (27 Ramadan).

Eid-ul-Fitr is only a few days away, and Eid preparations are well started. The federal government issued the Eid holiday schedule last week. The holidays will be honored from April 21 to April 25. (Friday to Tuesday).

The KP government released its Eid holiday schedule after the federal government. The Eid holidays will be observed throughout the province from April 21 to April 26. (Friday to Wednesday).

Punjab also released its Eid holiday schedule in response to KP’s declaration. From April 21 to 25, the province will follow the same Eid timetable as the federal government (Friday to Tuesday).

The Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee has called its monthly meeting to observe the Shawaal crescent. The meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 20 (29 Ramadan). On the same day, zonal committees will convene in specified zones.

The major gathering will be placed at Islamabad’s Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony building. The session will be presided over by Chairman Molana Abdul Khabeer Azad.
