Major UAE Airline to Launch Discounted Flights to Pakistan

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, one of the UAE’s low-cost carriers, plans to begin operations in Pakistan after receiving authorization from the federal government. According to reports, it will begin offering inexpensive flights to the nation, with tickets starting at AED 179.

According to Khaleej Times, the airline is now revising its regulatory frameworks in order to enter Pakistan and India. Speaking about the development, Johan Eidhagen, Managing Director (MD) of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, indicated that they are looking into the South Asian market owing to exceptionally strong demand.

He indicated that the routes will be released soon when the legal framework adjustments are completed, while also emphasizing that the airline is not only exploring new destinations but is also considering adding extra flights to existing routes.

Johan also recommended people join the Wizz Discount Club in order to receive special rates on airfares whenever the airline begins operations in Pakistan and India. He mentioned that certain costs are less than AED 179 for club members alone.

Johan described Wizz Air Abu Dhabi as the “discount king,” adding that UAE residents get exceptional deals. He encouraged them to sign up for the Wizz Air newsletter, which will keep customers up to date on deals and promotions.
