  1. Rice ½ kg
  2. Mutton chicken ½ kg
  3. Onion ½ cup
  4. Whole spice 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli 2-3
  7. Yoghurt 1 cup
  8. Ginger/garlic 2 tbsp
  9. Chopped
  10. Oil ½ cup
  11. Raisins ¼ cups
  12. Chickpeas ½ cup
  13. Garam masla 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander for garnishing
  15. Chopped


  • Make stock with meat, ginger, garlic. Red chilli, salt, whole spice when meet tenderize keep aside
  • Heat oil, browns the onion and whole garam masala and add yoghurt fry well now add stock with meat, add salt, add water if require bring to boil. Add rice, cook till, almost done, keep on low flame till rice tenderize and spread raisins and chickpeas. Serve with coriander and chutney.
