The wait is almost over. Google has officially announced that it will release its long-awaited Pixel 10 series this week. While leaks had already allowed us to gather a near-complete picture of the new lineup, which will feature the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the verdict will still fall upon Google at its upcoming showcase.
Made by Google 2025 begins with the event on August 20, 2025, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. The livestream will go to YouTube, where the fans will be able to watch the official reveal in real time. Other devices that are likely to be announced this year with the Pixel 10 series will be Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a.

Official Pixel 10 series reveal
- Google will finally confirm the cost of new lineup. Early leaks suggest the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will debut a massive 1TB variant at a price of 2,149, which is a new highest-priced Pixel phone ever, and the first to reach a price above the 2,000 mark.
- All the Pixel 10 is expected to run the next-gen Tensor G5 chip with notable improvements in AI performance and display brightness.
- The Pixel 10 Pro Fold can also support Qi 2 wireless charging with integrated magnets, bringing it in line with modern charging standards.
Pixel Watch 4
- There are rumors of a new charging system. The Watch 4 could use a side-latching mechanism instead of the pin-based charger for easier, more reliable charging.
- However, wireless charging support is not expected yet this year.
Pixel Buds 2a
- Google’s new lower-end earbuds are rumored to include active noise cancellation (ANC), which would be a major upgrade at a lower price tag.
Release dates and possible delays
Google will confirm official release dates during the event. However, it is reported that the Pixel 10 Pro Fold might not be available on the market until October 2025 because of ongoing supply chain challenges. The Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a may also experience similar delays.
