Adobe has officially launched Acrobat Studio, that merges Acrobat, Adobe Express, and AI-powered Assistants to transform PDF into a smart and interactive workspace. The platform turns static documents into dynamic, conversational hubs that can extract insights, summarise the content, and even generate visual outputs.
At the core of Acrobat Studio are AI Assistants that help users analyse, explain, and collaborate in documents. These assistants may perform the role of teachers, analysts, or even entertainers who may give tailored support in several projects. Users can also create customised assistants to handle specific tasks, enhancing teamwork more efficiently.

A standout feature is PDF Spaces, collaborative hubs to place PDFs, web pages, and other files into a group. Here, conversational AI Assistants assist in providing explanations, analysing, and summarising information contextually, and bring changes to the way teams and individuals interact with documents.

Integration with Adobe Express will help them convert all the insights into visually compelling presentations, infographics, flyers, or social posts. Powered by Adobe Firefly, the platform has enabled creators with text-to-image and text-to-video, making it more versatile. Acrobat Studio also saves the favorites Acrobat Pro options, such as editing, scanning, e-signing, and combining files, with the addition of AI to create quick and smart summaries and fast workflows.
With enterprise-level encryption and compliance, Acrobat Studio ensures that only the documents submitted by employees are analysed and can be used both in business and in personal environments. Businesses can centralise proposals and client reports, students can generate AI-powered study manuals, and consumers can use AI to interpret contracts or travel itineraries.
Abhigyan Modi, senior vice president of Adobe’s Document Product Group, said:
“Acrobat Studio is the place where your best work comes together, uniting the productivity of Acrobat, the creative power of Adobe Express, and the value of AI to empower you to work smarter and faster. We’re reinventing PDF for modern work, so whatever you need to get done, you can do that with Acrobat.”
Using Acrobat Studio, Adobe is extending the capabilities of the PDF beyond the file format it all started as, into a business, student, and consumer productivity and creativity hub.
