University of Health Sciences Lahore MDCAT 2022 Written Test Centers
University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore will conduct Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT)-2022 on behalf of Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and Government of Punjab on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at the following centres. It has been established in 08 cities of the province.

Admit cards with their roll numbers and test centers have already been issued to the candidates. Roll number wise distribution of candidates is being advertised at each center for the convenience of candidates.
Candidates who are registered through PMC in Punjab have to download their admit card from UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk) by clicking MDCAT-2022 Admit Card button provided on home page. To access their admit card, candidates have to enter their full name and last four digits of their ID (i.e. CNIC/POC/JC/Passport/B-Form) through which they registered for MDCAT-2022. have been used for
Centers will open at 09:00 AM and food/seal will be closed at 10:00 AM after which no one will be allowed to enter the examination center. All the candidates are advised to indicate the exact location of their centers a day in advance. Bring candidates with you.
(a) Original CNIC/POC/JC/Passport/B-Form (photocopies are not acceptable). Please bring the same document with which you have registered for MDCAT-2022.
(b) Printout of the admit card issued by the University.
(c) A clean and transparent clipboard with nothing written on it.
(d) Two blue ballpoint pens (not pointers, markers, pencils, gel pens, ink pens etc.
(e) A small, transparent bottle of drinking water.
Note: A candidate who fails to bring original CNIC/POC/JC/Passport/B-Form and printout of his Admit Card will not be allowed to appear in the test.
UHS Lahore MDCAT 2022 Written Test Centers
Entry into the examination centers with the following items is strictly prohibited subject to immediate expulsion of the candidate from the center and cancellation of the paper.
Cell phones, calculators, books or notes, arms or weapons, bags, electronic devices such as smart and digital watches, headphones, Bluetooth, metal pens, and other personal items, etc.
No facilities will be available at the centers to keep any personal belongings of the candidates like mobile phones etc. For detailed instructions regarding test procedure and regulations, please carefully refer to the “Information Booklet MDCAT-2022” available at UHS.
