PSL 10 Points Table 2025
PSL teams will be battling for the top 4 positions on the PSL Points Table to be eligible for the PSL playoffs and earn valuable points. Thus, the PSL Points Table remains a hot topic in PSL discussions.
Every team in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be vying to rank highest on the PSL Points Table in PSL 10, which is expected to be an exciting year for the sport.
With eight wins in the group phase, Islamabad United surpassed the record for most wins and victories available at this time in the PSL, making them the team with the most wins in the tournament’s history and topping the PSL Points Table.
The team is expected to finish in the top four of the PSL 10 points table.
For their part, Lahore Qalandars, who were relegated after a poor showing in the previous season’s PSL points table, would welcome a top-four finish as a return to form.
PSL 10 Points Table Criteria
The tournament’s schedule includes two rounds of double-round robin play. The PSL Points Table will be beaten twice by each squad in the league round.
Only the top four teams will be allowed to participate in the playoffs. According to the International Cricket Council (ICC) standards, the tournament policies and guidelines are in agreement.
As in past seasons and any other ICC-authorized team T20 tournament, the PSL Points Table 2025 will use the same points-based system.
The top 4 squads in the PSL standings advance to the round. Only one point will be deducted from the rating for a draw, and zero points will be deducted from the rating for a loss.
Tie matches will have a “super over” played.
- Win a Match – 2 points
- Match With No Result – 1 point
- Tied a Match – 1 point
Teams will be ranked based on the following factors during the group stage:
After the group phase, the team with the most wins on the PSL Points Table will be in 1st position.
The side with a better net run rate will win a match where both teams have the same points on the PSL Points Table.
If the PSL Points Table’s points and net run rate are the same, the team with the most wins in the group phase will be ranked higher than the rest of the field.
The team with the fewest defeats will be at the top of the rankings.
- All other things are equal. They will be ranked in the league based on their head-to-head performances.
- After the group phase, the team with the most wins on the PSL Points Table will be in 1st position.
The side with a better net run rate will win a match where both teams have the same points on the PSL Points Table.
If the PSL Points Table’s points and net run rate are the same, the team with the most wins in the group phase will be ranked higher than the rest of the field. - The team with the fewest defeats will be at the top of the rankings.

PSL 10 Play-Offs
The second and third-placed teams in the PSL points table in 2025 will participate in the qualifying round, while the first- and fourth-placed teams will face each other in the first elimination round. The victor of the qualification will decide the final. First, the loser of the qualifying round is eliminated.
Then, in the second elimination round, the loser of the qualifier will face the winner of the first elimination round. Finally, the winner of the second elimination will meet the winners of the qualifier round in the final.
The winner will be declared after a super over if the match ends in a tie. The only group stage ranking team will be declared the winner in a super over.
