Pakistan’s Indus Motor Company Starts Exports to Egypt

Toyota Pakistan, also known as Indus Motor Company (IMC), has agreed to supply high-quality car components to Egypt.

The corporation claimed in a news release, “This partnership is an incredible feat for IMC and an important milestone towards expanding its global footprint.” It is also the first time that any local car item has been included in the Toyota Global Supply Chain, which opens up new possibilities and encourages other manufacturers to follow suit.”

Toyota Pakistan further stated that the initial shipment of semi-processed raw material to be transported to Toyota Egypt will signal the beginning of an era for any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in Pakistan and that it intends to continue on this path.

“Becoming part of Toyota’s worldwide supply network is a confirmation of IMC’s commitment to seeing Pakistan on the world map and improving its overall economy,” said the company’s CEO, Ali Asghar Jamali.
