Laylatul Qadr 2023 Date in Pakistan
It is one of the precious nights of the holy month of Ramadan, and its importance can be judged by the fact that Allah sends a whole Surah to this night, known as Surah Al Qadr, in the Holy Quran. Furthermore, the importance of Laylat al Qadr is highlighted by a Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Peace be Upon Him related by Abu Hurairah (R.A) that states, “Whoever performs prayers on the night of Qadr out of real faith and expects for a recompense from Allah, then all his prior sins would be forgiven.” – According to Sahi Bukhari.
Laylat al Qadr, also known as Laylatul Qadr, is a significant night for Muslims since Allah sent down the Holy Quran from heaven on this night.
According to the words of the Quran, Allah says in Surah Qadar, verse 1, “Indeed, we sent the Quran down on the Night of Decree.”
Worship during the excellent night of power, or Shab e Qadr, is valuable because Allah states in Surah Al-Qadar, verse 3 of the Quran, “The Night of Decision is better than a thousand months.”
The Laylat al Qadr (Laylatul Qadr) or Night of Power occurs on odd evenings during the last week of Ramadan. Still, it is most usually associated with the 27th night of Ramadan. Muslims believe that Allah’s blessings and mercy are great on this night, and sins are forgiven. Thus they perform extra nawafils, recite the Holy Quran, and make dua throughout the night.
