  • Details like your CNIC number and the date of issue are required fields on the website.
  • After you have chosen the vaccination type and filled out the captcha, you can click the verify button.
  • A 100 rupee fee can be sent to a specific bank account, Easypaisa, or Jazzcash to complete the process.
  • Your certificate will be available for download after the payment is processed.
  • Just print it out and keep it somewhere secure.
