Select Discover People.
Tap ‘Connect’.
Now, select the “Connect Contacts”.
Click the ‘Allow Access’ option to grant permission to sync your contacts.

On iPhone

The process to find and view contacts on iOS is similar to Android:

Open Instagram on iPhone.
