Azad Kashmir Summer Vacations for Schools and Colleges

MIRPUR: The Education Department Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Wednesday announced summer vacations for schools and colleges from June 1.

Summer Vacation Schedule

All private and public schools and colleges across Azad Jammu and Kashmir will remain shut from June 10 to August 13.
School will begin on the 14th of August
On Thursday, August 14 ceremonies of Independence Day will be organized at all the Higher Education Department-run institutes.

Updates from Other Provinces

Earlier, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan had also announced dates for summer vacations.
Despite it being very hot, only Punjab had decided to take an early break.
Later, on Tuesday, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also start going on holiday.
Last month, Balochistan began the summer vacation of schools and colleges.

The region has announced its summer break schedule, the timing will allow students and the faculty to relax before resuming back to their academic activities.
