Babar Azam is Performing Umrah in the Holy Month of Ramadan

Babar Azam is currently in Madina, Saudi Arabia, performing Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan.

“Jo Hota Humsafar Ghalib to me us ko ye Batlata, K dekha is Jagah Aker, Tamannah Ka Qadam Thai’ra” were the Urdu Shayari lines Babar Azam shared on his Twitter with his picture.

Meantime, the captain’s followers congratulated him on his Umrah and asked him to keep in mind them in his prayers by retweeting his photo and sending him messages of support.

In addition to Fakhar Zaman, another Pakistani left-handed batsman is in Saudi Arabia, where the two have met with their admirers and met their fans. Shadab Khan also went to visit the holy city earlier in the month.

Having just completed a month-long series victory over Australia at home, Babar has announced that he will take time off for Ramadan to spend with his family before returning to the game. He and Shadab had distributed Iftar to those in need on the streets of Lahore with the community’s help.

Aside from a one-off home T20I against Australia on April 5, Pakitan players have finished playing three Tests, its same number of one-day internationals, and a one-off Test.
