Yamaha Pakistan has once again surprised its customers by raising the pricing of their motorbikes just after “BaKra Eid.” According to the announcement, the higher pricing will take effect on July 5, 2023. As is expected, there are no explanations for the current price increase, but here are the updated prices for all Yamaha motorcycles.
New Yamaha Bike Prices
- The Yamaha YB125Z (Red/Black) price has increased by Rs. 24,500, and it now costs Rs. 380,500, up from Rs. 356,000 before.
- The new pricing of Yamaha’s second bike, the YB125Z-DX (Red/Blue/Black), is Rs. 408,000, up from Rs. 381,500. That is, the price has risen by Rs. 26,500.
- The third is the Yamaha YBR 125 (Red/Blue/Black), which has increased by Rs. 27,500, bringing the price to Rs. 419,000 from Rs. 391,500 previously.
- Meanwhile, the revised pricing of the YBR125G (Red/Black) is Rs. 436,000, up from Rs. 407,000 before. Its price has also increased by Rs. 29,000.
- The revised pricing of the Yamaha YBR125G (Matt Dark Gray/Matt Orange) is Rs. 439,000, up from Rs. 410,000 before. You must now pay an additional Rs. 29,000.
The present condition of local motorcycles has not been perfect for the previous several years due to a lack of LCs, difficulty with raw material imports, and general import worries. Yamaha Pakistan imports many of its essential components, implying a direct relationship with the unpredictable dollar rate. Worryingly, the scenario is expected to stay unchanged for the next two to three years, meaning that consumers will continue to face similar shocks in the form of updated pricing.
Hopefully, the vehicle industry will weather these difficult times and customers will benefit.
