Shahid Afridi Unveils His Cricket Academy in Karachi

Former Pakistani captain Shahid Afridi has made a huge contribution to the development of young cricketers in Karachi by creating the L. A. Boom Boom Cricket Academy.

Shahid Afridi claimed on his social media account that his academy was created in cooperation with Legends Arena and would offer prospective cricketers a place to perfect their abilities.

He said,

L. A Boom Boom Cricket Academy, which I will run, will give the greatest quality of coaching and training to young players. Legends Arena features state-of-the-art pitches that have been authorized by the English Cricket Board, making it a perfect venue for young cricketers to improve their talents.

The former all-rounder said that they will concentrate on developing the talents of young and aspiring cricketers under the supervision of highly skilled coaches and trainers.

Earlier this year, Afridi set the stage for a new cricket academy in Quetta’s Sariab Sports Complex, which would be run by the Shahid Afridi Foundation.

He founded the Mega Star League (MSL) last year, which included former cricketers like as Misbah-ul-Haq, Abdul Razzaq, and Inzamam-ul-Haq.

It is worth noting that the 46-year-old served as temporary Chief Selector, during which time he took significant steps to improve the national team.
