Method
- Kofta:Put all in food processor and grind finely, make koftas fry light golden and keep aside.
Gravy:Heat oil add ½ cup water with Brown onion 4 tbsp, Coriander powder 2 tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Allspice ½ tbsp, fry well add 2 cups water, when water boiling add fried koftas, cook till gravy thick and oil comes on top.
