    Egg 1
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Poppy seeds grinded 1 tsp heaped
    Salt 1 tsp
    Onion 1 raw grinded
    Desiccated coconut grinded 1 tsp
    Roasted gram 2 tbsp
    Mace ¼ tsp
    Nutmeg ¼ tsp
    Brown onion grinded 1 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Yogurt 2 tbsp
    Bread 1 sliced soaked in milk
    Ingredients for gravy
    Brown onion 4 tbsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Coriander powder 2 tsp
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Allspice ½ tbsp
    Kewra water 1 tbsp


  • Kofta:Put all in food processor and grind finely, make koftas fry light golden and keep aside.
    Gravy:Heat oil add ½ cup water with Brown onion 4 tbsp, Coriander powder 2 tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Allspice ½ tbsp, fry well add 2 cups water, when water boiling add fried koftas, cook till gravy thick and oil comes on top.
