PTI Minar-e-Pakistan Jalsa on August 14

Lahore High Court has received the reply of the deputy commissioner’s office on the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI seeking permission to conduct a rally on Minar-e-Pakistan on August 14, the independence day.

The lawyer of the Lahore deputy commissioner submitted to the high court that people from all over the country come to Minar-e-Pakistan on August 14 to celebrate Independence Day.

The reply also provides other reasons for refusing permission to hold a public gathering at Minar e Pakistan.

Before, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon rejected PTI’s permission to conduct a jalsa in the federal capital city.
