Al-Haj Automotive Group has announced a significant increase in the price of the Proton Saga and Proton X70 in Pakistan, as the country’s economy continues to suffer and the local currency continues to depreciate against the US dollar.
It is important to note that Proton Pakistan had withdrawn the prices of the Saga and X70 from its website since bookings for these vehicles were still closed owing to a lack of inventory. According to the data, the company has received the most recent shipment of CKD kits and has published revised car prices.
It should be noted that this is the company’s first price increase since August 2022, when it cut rates. The new Proton Saga and Proton X70 SUV prices in Pakistan are effective immediately.
