Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced that direct flights from Karachi to the attractive look of Skardu will begin on June 4th. The airline’s management confirmed that two weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays would be planned.
For these flights, PIA intends to employ the large Airbus 320 aircraft to ensure pleasant travel to these popular destinations for visitors. Similarly, PIA earlier announced plans to begin flying operations between Lahore and Skardu on June 3.
This strategic move by PIA highlights the airline’s commitment to increasing tourism within Pakistan, similar to the goal of Federal Civil Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique.
The representative reiterated PIA’s intention of improving tourist travel services by expanding domestic airline services across many routes. The return of these flights will allow tourists to experience the enchantment of the Skardu region, which is known for its stunning landscapes, mountain ranges, and diverse culture.
