Pakistan Railways announces special trains for Eidul Adha

According to ARY News, Pakistan Railways (PR) would run three special Eid ul Adha trains. The first train from Quetta to Peshawar will depart at 10 a.m. on June 26.

The second special train would depart Karachi for Lahore via Multan at 8:30 p.m. on June 26. On June 27, the third train would depart Lahore for Karachi via Multan at 11:00 a.m. Railway authorities began planning special trains ahead of Eid. AC and economy-class bogies will be used on these trains.

Similarly, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) previously stated that domestic flight costs will be dropped by 10% during the Eid holidays and that all domestic ticket classes would be discounted. Khawaja Saad Rafique, Minister of Aviation, directed the national carrier to promote the Eid package.

According to the Cabinet Division, Eid-ul-Adha will be celebrated from Wednesday, June 28 to Saturday, July 1. As a result, the transportation and tourist industries are experiencing a surge in public interest.
