• Wait a couple of seconds after that.
• If your 14-digit numbers are correct, the operator can inform you about the new balance in the Zong sim. Otherwise, you must enter the 14-digit code again.

• You can download the My Zong app to load the Zong card if you have a phone (iOS or Android).

• Run the application when you finish installing it.
• Choose the language that would be required.
