- Wait a couple of seconds after that.
- If your 14-digit numbers are correct, the operator can inform you about the new balance in the Zong sim. Otherwise, you must enter the 14-digit code again.

- You can download the My Zong app to load the Zong card if you have a phone (iOS or Android).
- Run the application when you finish installing it.
- Choose the language that would be required.
- After, you have to insert the Zong number. Then, you will receive a code through SMS.
- You can see the recharge option after you login to the app with your phone number.
- Press it and type the card number with a 14-digit.
- After successfully load the card, credit will be transferred to the Zong sim.
