Internet Firms Increase Package Prices By 10–15 Percent

Internet service providers in Pakistan have declared an increase in the prices of their internet packages by 10% to 15%.

This decision has been attributed to the rising inflationary pressure and the devaluation of the country’s currency. The new rates are set to be effective from September 1, 2023.

The price hike is expected to impact millions of internet users across the nation. Service providers have justified this move by stating that the cost of running a business has spiraled out of control, making the increase in rates unavoidable.

Consumers have been notified about the impending changes through SMS and email.
