The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that the long-awaited flight operations for the government Hajj plan would commence on May 21. The Ministry of Transportation just announced the flight schedule, which details the departure dates from many locations.
According to a spokeswoman for the Ministry, the first Hajj planes will depart from Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi on May 21. The first Hajj flight will arrive in Sialkot on May 22, followed by Multan on May 23 and Quetta on May 24.
Rahim Yar Khan will begin Hajj flights on June 6, while Sukkur will begin Hajj flights on June 7. On June 20, the last Hajj flights from Pakistan are expected to depart.
To keep all pilgrims informed, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has communicated flight information to them via the official website and SMS notifications.
Preventive vaccines against meningitis, fever, and polio have already begun in pilgrim camps.
In light of the continuing COVID-19 epidemic, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has taken preventive steps, including the installation of free Coronavirus vaccination counters in Hajj camps.
