What is salary increment?
A salary increase is shown by the salary rise that arises annually. Therefore, salary increases are applied across the range in both the public and private sectors. Because of this, people may find them helpful, and they continue to work effectively as before.
Increment Stages
Predefined annual requirements 30 levels between BS-01 and BS-16, 20 levels between BS-17 and BS-19, and 14 levels between BS-21 and BS-22. In the context of a salary structure, “stage” refers to the number of possible raises for employee.
A government makes a chart and raises taxes every year based on that chart. When the scale is updated in June or July, the finance department produces this graph. Employees can use the pay scale chart to negotiate an increase in their base salary or get a bonus payment.
Employees in all of Pakistan’s provinces, including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Baluchistan, would benefit from these raised basic pay scales.

Annual Increment Chart 2022-23 in December
On December 1st, 2022, all government workers will receive a salary increase. The December 2022 salary will be updated in January 2023 to reflect the increase.
