Other expatriate residents of the hot country, including Pakistanis, can also bring in their relatives to permanently reside in the emirates of the UAE, all by the requirements of the hot country.
The employer and the employee can sponsor the residence visa for family members if they have a valid residence visa from the UAE.
They can sponsor their families at any given position in society, compared to the past, when only a few professions were able to do so.
Required Documents
Documents required to sponsor wife and children include:
- application form online or via a typing office registered with the employer.
- employment letters of the wife, ID cards, and copies of passports of the wife and children
- It includes such things as photos of the wife and children.
- medical clearance certificate of the wife and children above eighteen years.
- photocopy of the husband’s employment contract/company contract
- pay slip of the employer, which shows the husband’s monthly salary.
- attested marriage certificate
- registered tenancy contract.
Suppose they are above the age of 18. In that case, males and female relatives of the sponsor and those proposed to be sponsored are to undergo medical examinations and tests at recognized health facilities in the UAE Only.
Minimum Salary for Pakistanis to Sponsor Dubai Visa to Family
In past positions, employees, including Pakistan nationals, were permitted to sponsor their families, regardless of their assigned roles in a company, if their monthly wage was not less than four thousand AED or three thousand AED, along with accommodation prices.
