Punjab Delays Matric Exams Amid Ramadan Concerns

Punjab has shared an update on the delay in Matric exams amid the upcoming holy month of Ramadan. Matriculation exams in Punjab are slated to commence on March 1, while Ramadan is expected to start around March 10.

All Pakistan Private Schools Association and students requested the Punjab Education Board to postpone exams due to extended winter holidays and potential loss of study time.

However, authorities firmly rejected the request, stating that Matric exams will proceed as originally planned without any changes to the schedule.

KP government has delayed annual 9th and 10th-grade exams by over a month at the request of parents and students concerned about exam clashes with Ramadan. Punjab however remains firm on its original Matric exam dates.
